Jeffry “Jeff” J. Fitzpatrick, Jr.

A Savannah native and graduate of Benedictine Military School, Jeff has dedicated his career to serving individuals and families throughout Coastal Georgia. He earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Georgia, where he was a member of Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity, and later received his Juris Doctor from Mississippi College School of Law.

Prior to joining Owens & Mulherin: A Bowen Painter Practice, Jeff worked at several law firms in Savannah representing personal injury clients. He also served as a student intern with the Chatham County District Attorney’s Office and as a law clerk for Judge Edward G. Bryant of the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee.

As an attorney, Jeff has dedicated his career to advocating for individuals and families facing the challenges that follow serious injury and loss. As a Partner at Owens & Mulherin: A Bowen Painter Practice, he oversees the firm’s pre-litigation department, where careful preparation, strategic negotiation, and client-focused advocacy often achieve meaningful results without the need for prolonged litigation. While also handling select litigation matters, Jeff believes that good judgment lies in knowing when a case can be successfully resolved and when it must be tried.

Beyond his legal practice, Jeff is a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church and is actively involved in several civic and cultural organizations, including the Hibernian Society, Clan na Erin, and Gridiron. Through these organizations, he remains committed to fostering fellowship, civic engagement, and service within both the Savannah community and across Georgia.

Most importantly, Jeff is the proud father of two adventurous boys who ensure there is never a dull moment. Whether serving as an audience for their latest backyard exploits or doing his best to avoid becoming the victim of a WWE-inspired wrestling match, he enjoys spending time with his family, cheering on his sons in their athletic endeavors, and following all things Georgia Bulldogs and Benedictine Cadets.
